Can you help us
grow our enrolment during this challenging time for private schools?
Private education is a significant investment for any parent. Kelvinside Academy stands out with its commitment to outdoor education, Scandinavian-style classrooms, and the UK’s first full-time innovation school. While visitors quickly recognise Kelvinside’s uniqueness, our challenge is to get them through the door in the first place.

OUR
CREATIVE
PROCESS
As one of our longest-standing clients, we constantly iterate our campaigns with regular re-immersion and creative sessions. Our approach showcases the expertise of the team, highlights the stories of amazing pupils, and creates unique concepts that set Kelvinside Academy apart, like Jurassic Academy.
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Jurassic Park, pupils and teachers created a 60-second ‘Jurassic Academy’ trailer-themed video as a tribute to the Steven Spielberg classic.
Fans will recognise numerous references to iconic Jurassic Park scenes in Kelvinside Academy’s video—from hatching dinosaur eggs and a vibrating water glass to a dinosaur attack in the jungle and the terrifying kitchen sequence.
This creative effort demonstrated that while children have always loved learning about dinosaurs, Kelvinside Academy offers a unique and fun approach to education.
The campaign won the Digital Impact Award at the 2024 AMCIS IMPACT Awards, recognising the best work in admissions, marketing and communications across more than 500 UK independent schools.
Memorable moments
Extensive research on school hero videos revealed that they are generally quite similar. We developed an advertisement that highlighted their differences, generating significant media coverage and hundreds of thousands of views, as well as an increase in open day attendance.
Secured media coverage for stories about former pupils, such as Blair Ferguson, the young Scottish producer who won a Grammy for his work on SZA's "Snooze."
Commissioned surveys and leveraged the news agenda to position teachers within the school as experts on topics ranging from mobile phones in schools to AI, in publications including the Huffington Post, BBC, and The Independent.
Ensured major stories from the school received the attention they deserved. Like when we launched Kelvinside Academy’s new Scandinavian-style classrooms with a feature in The Times, followed by coverage across more than 10 media outlets.
We are able to secure media coverage based on the incredible achievements of current and former pupils, like Blair Ferguson, who won a Grammy award for his production work.
Our ideation process, and continued focus on fresh, creative ideas, led to a video which not only secured media coverage but is also widely used for marketing purposes by the school.
Our team of savvy in-house journalists know exactly what makes a story, in many cases, a fantastic picture. We have secured coverage for Kelvinside using creative photo opportunities to help them mark key events throughout the year.
