Having worked with many brands during crowdfunding campaigns, we understand that there’s often press fatigue with these stories. While “brand X seeking investment” was once newsworthy, it has now become overdone. We needed a Trojan Horse to generate media interest around a fundraiser.
We collaborated with the HOKO team to create a range of unique investment rewards for supporters. For top-tier backers investing over £25,000, the incentive was a bespoke brick.
Thus, “Company seeks investment” became “World’s most expensive brick now for sale,” leading to global coverage and attracting 260 backers, securing over half a million in funding, and smashing the original target.
